These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to this website, NURIFT playtests, and any related communications, operated by Studio Aggro LLC ("Studio Aggro," "we," "us"). By submitting the sign-up form or joining a playtest, you agree to these Terms.
NURIFT is in active development. Features, systems, release dates, and platform availability described on this site are subject to change without notice, and nothing here constitutes a guarantee of final content.
Signing up does not guarantee an invitation to any closed playtest. Access is granted at our discretion and may be limited, revoked, or ended at any time. Playtest builds may be unstable and are provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind.
If you receive playtest or Discord community access, you agree to follow the community guidelines provided there and not to disrupt, exploit, or misuse the service.
NURIFT and its characters, logos, and associated marks are the property of Studio Aggro LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our intellectual property except as necessary to participate in a playtest or community we invite you to.
We may update these Terms as the project evolves. Continued use of the site or participation in playtests after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
